In this blog I will review various products, services & anything else in the world I feel needs my opinion. All items listed as of now are items or services I have paid for, I have received nothing free of charge. I will do my best to mention any conflicts I may have, but since I have been in many commercials & my family is in both the entertainment & news business there's a good chance I'll leave something out.

My Diet in a Nutshell (Mmm Nuts!).

Here's what I eat during a normal day. When I give amounts that means I actually measure out my food.  This is very important a portion control is one the biggest factors in weight management.
Breakfast:
Yes you must eat breakfast, it's the best way for you to get some of the healthiest food of the day & will help keep you full until lunch.
2 cups Regular Kashi GOLEAN (not GOLEAN crunch or crisp).  I like GOLEAN because it has a lot of fiber & protein, without too many calories.
1/2 to 1 cup  almond milk (unsweetened or plain are best)  Both Blue Diamond & Silk make great almond milks, you just want to stay away from the sweetened vanilla or chocolate flavors.  Soy or skim milk are fine as well, but make sure it has no more than about 60 calories per cup.
Either berries or bananas or peaches in season.  Try not to go too nuts.
Lunch:
A salad containing lettuce, maybe Trader Joe's frozen artichoke hearts, maybe garbanzo beans (Kroger private selection organic have very little sodium), grape tomatoes, and anything else green you might like with 2 tablespoons (one shot glass full)  Galeos Miso Dressing.
A frozen dinner either from Lean Cuisine, or Kashi or a new brand I found at Whole Foods, French Meadow Bakery.  Weight Watchers & Healthy Choice are also good choices, but not my favorites.  Just try & keep under 400 calories & 500mg of sodium.
Dinner:
Either the same as breakfast or lunch.
Snacks:
Well do your best to avoid them as much as possible, if you can't go with air-popped popcorn or fresh fruit or vegetables.
And  nothing more.

And get yourself a Wii-Fit Plus and at least weigh yourself on it everyday.

If you really and truly want to lose weight.  If you want to live to a ripe old age & not be one of those fat slobs tooling around on their electric scooters you have to do this now!  And if you have a problem with me calling these people fat slobs frankly I don't care.  If I can lose weight anyone can & all your excuses are bullshit.  If you're fat it's not the food companies fault or your mother's or you don't have time for the gym, it's all your fault!
