Now the last thing General Mills needs is my help selling this stuff. This stuff flies out of the store faster than it will fly out of your body. I measure out one half cup. Coupons are ubiquitous as are sales. It's available everywhere except Trader Joes & I'm not sure if they have it at Whole Foods.
