Kashi GOLEAN constitutes the lowest strata in my morning bowl of cereal. I measure out one cup & pour it into the bowl, I don't pour it straight into the bowl. It is not only high in fiber, but it's also high in protein. I used to eat almonds in the morning, but I found I could get more protein for fewer calories with GOLEAN. But dang them almonds sure is tasty. Protein in the morning seems to give me the energy to work out & do whatever it is I need to do. GOLEAN is available pretty much everywhere, from Walmart to Whole Foods (Kashi is owned by Kellogg's). Trader Joes regular price is usually less than most other stores regular price.
I don't think you can say too many good things about fiber, it's probably the one thing no one argues about, eat fiber & plenty of it which brings me to the next level of my cereal bowl.
